Where can I find my bidder number?

Your bidder number can be found in your Auction Nation account or on the top left corner of your invoice.

Log in, hover over “My Account” at the top right corner of the main page, select “My Account” again from the drop-down menu that appears, and your bidder number can be found at the top of the next page.

Do you offer shipping between warehouses?

No, unfortunately, we no longer offer shipping between warehouses.

Are your auctions open to the public?

Yes. Go to AuctionNation.com, create an account, upload a credit card, and begin bidding!

What is a buyer’s premium?

 A buyer’s premium is a fee charged to our bidders to bid with our company.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are usually processed within 3-5 business days from date of request. From there, it takes 3-5 business days for the funds to show in your bank account.

If you do not see your refund processed or funds in your account after 10 business days, please give us a call and we will look into that for you.

Where do I pick up my items?

We have load out for our auctions at multiple locations. This information can be found within your invoice, auction details, and within the auction under the “Dates & Times” tab.

To view this info, simply scroll down to the bottom of your invoice. Or while viewing an auction, click on the “Dates & Times” tab or “Location” tab and the load out times and location will be listed there.

How do I arrange shipping?

Can I send someone else to pick up my items?

Yes! Give us a call and have that person/company added to your account. Once they are added, that means you have authorized them to pick up for you.

How do I sell my stuff through your auction?

Currently, we aren’t taking consignments. If you have various items to sell or can host your own auction, we are definitely interested in you! Please call us at (602) 516-7066 and ask to speak with someone on our sales team. 

I am tax exempt. What documents do I need to provide to get tax removed?

Item Conditions

Pay close attention to this stated item condition in each lot before bidding and take the time to understand the difference between each condition.

  1. 24-Hour Guarantee: All items sold under the 24-Hour Guarantee at auction are guaranteed for their Functionality Only, for 24 hours from the time of pick up or 3 full days from the end of the auction, whichever comes first. On the 4th day, the guarantee is null and void. If there are any claims under the 24 Guarantee, Auction Nation MUST be notified within 24 hours of pickup, either by email, phone, or walk-in. The merchandise MUST be returned within 48 business hours of notification for inspection. This Guarantee is for the functionality of the item ONLY and not the cosmetic condition, look, or general condition. Please see the description for included accessories; we do not guarantee accessories and parts that are not listed in the description. We are also NOT responsible for any damage or injury caused by this item. Preview recommended.
  2. On Premise Guarantee: All items sold under the On Premise Guarantee at auction are guaranteed for their Functionality Only. This merchandise must be inspected prior to leaving Auction Nation premises. Once the merchandise has left the premises, the guarantee is null and void. This Guarantee
  3. Operational: The information that we have on this item is that it was operational immediately prior to the auction. However, these items have no warranty and are sold As-Is. There will be absolutely no refunds or chargebacks allowed. All sales are final.
  4. As-Is: Preview is recommended. This item is being sold in as-is condition. We are unable to guarantee this item’s working ability or if this item has a defect of some kind. Some parts or accessories may be missing that affect its functionality. In addition, this item has cosmetic or general condition issues. Repairs may be needed. There will be no refunds, chargebacks, or credit issued for this item after the auction.
  5. Untested: We are unable to test this item, which is being sold without a warranty of any kind. Due to its nature, we are unable to verify its working ability or functionality. A preview is recommended to inspect the item and verify that all parts and accessories are present. There will be no refunds, chargebacks, or credits issued for this item after the auction.

REMOVAL OF ITEMS – All items must be picked up and removed within the specified days listed within the details of each auction following the close of the auction. Winning bidders must be prepared to load and transport or make shipping arrangements on all items at their own expense. If items are not removed within the specified time frame following the auction, items will automatically be forfeited without refund or credit.

Other Helpful Information

  1. All lots are provided by a consignor. Items labeled “NEW” may not necessarily be “new” as seen in stores.
  2. Lot descriptions are based on the items’ original title and may not include everything listed. Items may be missing pieces/hardware and may have cosmetic damage. *Missing hardware and cosmetic damage are not covered under ANY warranty.
  3. Carefully review ALL images. What is shown in the pictures is what you are receiving. If a part is missing in the pictures, it is missing from the item. *The first picture shown may be a stock photo and are for reference only.
  4. Verify “locations” and “load out times” – especially onsite auctions. Onsite auctions load-out times are non-negotiable.
