General Requirements:
– Valid driver’s license – Open availability
– Customer service background
– Pass a background check
– Work independently and manage time efficiently
– Willing to participate in a positive work culture
Warehouse associates:
Associates will be responsible for picking customer orders following the close of an auction. They will need to learn and navigate the warehouse quickly, read invoices and gather items for pick up. This will involve walking, lifting, and carrying boxes of varying weight. Customer service skills is important, as customers will pick up their items in person.
– Must be able to stand for several hours
– Stand, walk and move rapidly throughout a shift.
– Ability to do good work, quickly.
– Bend, stoop, twist and turn frequently.
– Ability to handle multiple tasks safely and efficiently.
– Reach, lift, and maneuver objects of varying dimensions up to 50 lbs. frequently and 80-100 lbs. occasionally, from floor level to overhead
Customer Service Representatives:
Customer Service representatives will respond to customer calls and emails about a variety of aspects of Auction Nation. We have several auctions closing at any given time so we need problem solvers who can learn quickly, deliver excellent customer service and provide satisfying answers. Job entails processing payments and issuing refunds in line with Auction Nation
– General computer skills and communication
– Input information
– Finding invoices in the system and print them for customers
– Problem solving skills
– Understanding of Auction Nation policies and practices
